Importance of research activities is undeniable. In Nepal too, research has been an important component of most of the undergraduate and graduate program run by various universities. Despite the importance, the research work in Nepal has not taken roots both in quality and quantity. Rotaract Club of Gongabu wants to shift this trend to more authentic and quality research in Nepal.
Therefore, Rotaract Club of Gongabu is pleased to announce the opening of application for Research Grant on Rotaryâ€™s Six Areas of Focus.
The main objectives of this grant program are:
- To encourage bachelorâ€™s degree student to undertake a quality research
- To support need based research focused on Rotaryâ€™s Six Areas of Focus
- Suggest intervention area and help plan projects to Rotary, Rotaract & Interact based on evidence & conclusion of the research conducted under this grant
Students who have passed high school and currently enrolled in bachelors or equivalent degree in any universities or affiliated colleges within Rotary District 3292 (Nepal & Bhutan) are eligible to apply.
